1. Sales Manager

Job Description:

  • Responsible for delivering monthly sales targets
  • Identify and explore business opportunities
  • Generate sales report
  • Analyze sales performance statistics & create sales strategies

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of Digital Sales experience
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

2. Video Program Manager

Job Description:

  • Create Video Ideas using MBDC’s resources
  • Organize Showtime Schedule
  • Organize Production Budget
  • Handle all collaboration with 3rd party partners


Qualifications:

  • Experience in TV / Broadcasting field is preferred.
  • Moderate/Advanced Audio Visual Production Knowledge.
  • Ability of foreseeing audience trend / internet viral video trend.

3. Accounting Staff

Job Description:

  • Supervise day to day financial accounting activities
  • Prepare Reports & Analysis
  • Monitor & Control all accounting policy & procedure

Qualifications:

  • Experience min 2 years as Accounting Staff
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable university
  • Good Knowledge of Accounting system & Taxation

4. Graphic Designer

Job Description:

  • Design promotional material (web & print)
  • Create Illustration for Web Publishing
  • Translate ideas into usable creative concept.

Qualifications:

  • 2 year minimum of professional web/graphic design experience
  • Full knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
  • Have a great sense for layout, typography, color and web usability

5. WordPress Developer

Job Description:

  • Work closely with the Creative team to maintain MBDC Media’s websites, mobile sites & various web projects

Qualifications:

  • Experience  in everything WordPress (Plugins etc)
  • Experience  in XHTML, CSS & Javascript (JQuery)

6. Account Executive

Job Description:

  • Maintain relationship with existing & new clients
  • Generate new project opportunities
  • Create & present proposals, including budgeting & scheduling to current & potential clients

Qualifications:

  • Min. S1 in any discipline
  • English, Computer and Internet literate
  • Min. of 1 year experience as an Account Executive in media
  • Basic knowledge on digital industry

These positions are full-time and on-site at our Dharmawangsa, South Jakarta office.
